Damien is a senior regulatory expert with over 20 years’ experience providing strategic, scientific, and technical support to the chemical and biocides industries. As Co-Owner and Group Director of Blue Frog Scientific, he leads the company’s scientific and regulatory affairs services in these areas, delivering high-level consultancy to a global client base on compliance with EU and UK chemical regulations.
With expertise spanning toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate, and endocrine disruption, Damien has designed and managed testing programmes and conducted hazard and risk assessments for hundreds of regulatory dossier submissions. He also provides regulatory advocacy and product defence services, supporting clients through compliance checks, dossier evaluations, and risk assessment challenges.
